Shipping costs are calculated manually after an order is placed and the full cost of goods payment is confirmed.
Shipping prices vary depending on the location and volume of product ordered.
Shipping charges can be paid over the phone with a credit card or by direct e-transfer (Canadians Only) your order will be held pending your approval for shipping costs and full payment.
Any import duties for orders being received outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Fuso Offroad guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

When packaging your parts for shipping, including a copy of the original invoice in the package.
We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding.
Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
